Place to post over-flow stuff I can't fit in Tomate Farcie.
I photographed this old shack up in Sonoma County towards the end of the day. There are a number of tall trees filtering the light even further, so my picture got a bluish tone.
BEFORE : The Tool Shack, Photographed in Sonoma County, March 2009AFTER :I tried to fix it on the computer by making it "warmer" and increasing the contrast and brightness. I can't say I'm 100% happy with the result, but I didn't like the blue all that much either.
Let me know what you think, if you like! (I'm learning!) :)

These photographs were taken on the 4th day of the lighting of the Menorah, in San Francisco Union Square.
My aplogies for the lousy quality of these pictures. It's not easy taking pictures when it's raining cats and dogs and one hand is holding your umbrella and/or the camera and the other one is holding a candle dripping wax all over your fingers! :)
;) In the beginning, there was music, and people were dancing.
Here, they were giving "Chanukah gelt" (money) to the children.
They distributed to everyone in the crowd a little candle, which we had to light up.
The rest, I trust, is self-explanatory.
My candle.
Ma bougie.Happy Chanukah, Merry Xmas, Happy Holidays!

OK, this shot was taken at a
Ross store but come on!
Most SMART cars in Paris were this color, rather than the colorful bright ones we have in the States.
